Folsom Location

Our Folsom location offers our full range of acupuncture and integrative medicine services, providing support for fertility, pregnancy, pain, stress, digestive concerns, hormonal balance, musculoskeletal conditions, and overall wellness. This location is ideal for patients looking for comprehensive, whole-body care through acupuncture, Chinese medicine, functional medicine, cupping, dry needling, nutritional guidance, and other integrative therapies.

Sacramento Location

Our Sacramento location is primarily focused on fertility, reproductive health, and pregnancy care. We work closely with patients who are trying to conceive, preparing for or undergoing IVF, scheduling an embryo transfer, navigating pregnancy, seeking breech presentation support, preparing for labor, or looking for additional support during the postpartum period.

Every patient’s experience is different, which is why we focus on individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Your treatment plan may include acupuncture, Chinese medicine, functional medicine, cupping, dry needling, lifestyle recommendations, nutritional guidance, or other supportive therapies based on your specific needs and goals.

I literally cannot recommend Heather and Judy more! They were such an integral part of my fertility journey. The wealth of knowledge and experience that these two bring to the table is priceless. They are both so caring and truly invest themselves in your journey. My very first IVF transfer was successful and I truly believe it was because of them. I could not be more grateful for everything that they did to help! The infertility world can feel so impersonal and overwhelming, like you’re just part of this machine as a number but at Bloom with Heather and Judy they really help quiet the noise and give you all the resources you need to be successful. You will not regret booking with them.

This is where miracles happen!!! To say that Dr. Raegan is an angel, is an understatement! After years of infertility, I was able to have a successful IVF by following her advice I never got from the fertility clinic!! Dr. Tognetti continued the excellent care throughout my pregnancy and I am now a mother of a child who was able to thrive against all odds! I owe so much gratitude towards professionals who made my dream come with their expertise and amazing care! Thank you!!

I cannot recommend Bloom Acupuncture enough! Dr. Reagan is truly one of a kind. I started seeing her while going through IVF and she was an incredible part of my journey to pregnancy. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in her patients. Every appointment left me feeling calmer and more relaxed. She always took the time to answer my questions, ease my worries, and tailor my treatment to where I was in my IVF journey.
After giving birth to my daughter, I developed severe postpartum back pain and returned to see both Dr. Reagan and Dr. Tognetti. Within three sessions, my back was feeling so much better!

I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Reagan and Dr. Tognetti. Bloom is hands down the best place to go for acupuncture in Northern California. They have made such a huge impact on my life, and I will forever be thankful for their care!

Called to inquire about my neck sprain. It was severely impacting my range on motion, specially when I turned my head to left. Before exploring acupuncture, I tried chiropractic adjustment which did not help. Dr. Reagan heard my problem on the call and quickly scheduled me in with Dr. Judy. With only 1 acupuncture session with Dr. Judy the sprain went from level 6 to level 1, with only minor stiffness left. I could turn my neck all the way to the left after the session. I found them very available, accommodating, super knowledgeable, and they delivered only the necessary treatment. Oh and their office is such a peaceful looking sanctuary. Thanks Dr. Judy ❤️

Dr. Tognetti is exceptional. After receiving conflicting diagnoses elsewhere, she was able to accurately identify my condition and clearly explain her approach. She even showed me exactly what she was seeing, which gave me complete confidence in her diagnosis.

With each visit, I’ve continued to feel better, and my pain has been steadily decreasing—something I hadn’t experienced with physical therapy or other treatments. I truly can’t say enough good things about her care and expertise.

Dr. Reagan and her office have truly given me the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had! When I came in as a new patient, I was scared to feel like just another patient, a low priority, and that I would have to fight yet again for a healthcare professional to care about my issues, especially with infertility. But choosing Dr. Reagan was the best decision I made for my health and fertility journey and have for the first time ever felt what it’s like to truly trust your healthcare provider caring for you and your health. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is such a genuinely kind, professional, and highly competent doctor. She will treat you as a WHOLE and stops at nothing to help resolve your issues. I’m now in my third trimester of pregnancy with the help of her and my fertility clinic and couldn’t be more grateful!

I first saw Dr. Reagan after a friend highly recommended her while I was struggling with unexplained infertility. At the time, I had experienced four pregnancy losses in 10 months and was already being seen by my healthcare provider’s fertility clinic. From my very first appointment, I could tell Dr. Reagan was different. She asked thoughtful questions about my overall health that none of my previous providers had ever asked, and I immediately felt heard and understood. She took the time to look at the bigger picture and wanted to understand the root causes behind my recurrent losses, rather than just treating the symptoms. Throughout the entire process, I felt supported, cared for, and never like just another patient. I ended up getting pregnant, and Dr. Reagan continued to provide amazing care throughout my pregnancy. I cannot recommend Dr. Reagan highly enough. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also one of the most compassionate healthcare providers I have ever had!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Reagan and Dr. Tognetti. I started going to acupuncture after struggling to conceive due to a hashimotos diagnosis earlier in 2025 and after going through a miscarriage. I had heard of others success and wanted to give fertility acupuncture a try. I began going to acupuncture in July 2025 and fell pregnant in November 2025! Dr. Reagan and Dr. Tognetti taught me so much about my body and my thyroid condition. When doctors were telling me my levels were normal, they were leaving out really important information on where your thyroid needs to be to get and stay pregnant. This was all education that Dr. Reagan and Dr. Tognetti helped me to better understand so I could regulate my body. They are both so nice and compassionate, they take the time to get to know you, and It’s really been a pleasure working with them! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Bloom.
