Dr. Heather Reagan

Dr. Reagan is the owner of Bloom Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine. She is a Nationally Board Certified and California licensed Chinese Medicine Doctor. She has had over 15 years of experience in Integrative medicine, and treating a variety of conditions with Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and Functional Medicine. She specializes in Women’s health and Sports Medicine but treats everything from auto immune conditions to anxiety, depression & pediatrics.

Dr. Heather Reagan earned her clinical Doctorate degree in Integrative Medicine & Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences with a special interest in reproductive medicine and women’s health. She earned a double Master’s degree’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Southern California University of Health Science where she graduated Valedictorian, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton. While at SCU, she completed a 3 yr residency at Southern California University Health Centers, and an internship at Chang Gung hospital in Taipei Taiwan. She also taught classes in Alternative Medicine, Chinese Herbology, Functional Nutrition, and Ayurvedic Medicine at Everglades University in Tampa FL, where she sat on the advisory board for the Alternative Medicine program. She has had successful practices in Nashville, TN. Saint Petersburg, FL, and Folsom CA. She has been fortunate to have helped hundreds of women conceive in her clinics all over the country.

Dr. Reagan is extremely passionate about her patients and discovering and treating the root cause of their conditions. She is greatly dedicated to each and every one of her patients..

Dr. Judy Tognetti

Dr. Judith Tognetti, L.Ac. DAOM, is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist and Nationally Certified Acupuncturist. She received her Masters of Science Degree from the renowned Five Branches Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Santa Cruz, California and studied both Western and Eastern medicine.

Dr. Tognetti has studied with many famous acupuncturists over her career and has continued increasing her knowledge in the field of reproductive medicine. Dr. Tognetti’s main specialties are Women’s Healthcare which includes OB-GYN, Infertility, Pregnancy and Menopause. She has, also, had extensive training in Sport’s Medicine and is currently holds her Diplomate status in Orthopedic Acupuncture and her Ph.D. and Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Tognetti is an active participant in the field of reproductive medicine, and has been included as an expert in panel discussions on fertility as well as providing on site care for patients in both fertility centers and hospitals. Ms. Tognetti is also a professor at Five Branches Institute for Chinese Medicine in San Jose where she teaches Ob-Gyn and supervises clinic.

She maintains her commitment to the field through clinical research projects and has published many educational articles for both patients and the overall medical community. Dr. Tognetti is a member of Fertile Hope, Resolve, and ASRM.

Liana Allen

With a background in clinical Hematology and Microbiology, I found myself shifting from the conventional perspective of dealing with the human body as if made of separate parts to a moreholistic approach that leads to healing instead of curing.

While my family in my home country often relied on folks’ remedies and herbs to ease physicalpain, I didn’t realize the full potential of alternative medicine until after serving as a federalvolunteer in the Chemistry and Embryology laboratory research division of NOAA in Alaska. Working with pregnant female Alaskan king crabs, photo microscoping embryological development of eggs I realized I was in love with embryology. Therefore, I further expanded mystudies to the wholistic aspects of the human reproductive system. To balance out the intellectual work, I learned practical hands on techniques and became an Arvigo ® Mayan Abdominal Practitioner. I see my work as the art of womb’s empowerment for the purpose of filling a prospective mother with a balanced and vital life force that can enable her to sustain a new life.

I deeply believe that we, clients and therapist, are in this together, that we are able to journey towards wholeness together and what has been forgotten about connection and unity must be remembered. While we embrace what is most feared, we fill a void and we soften what has been hardened. In healing and in seeking, we feel safe to express the self, its light and shadow, male and female. And because we are becoming aware that the present is always perfect as it is, we learn to trust life.
